VBS Volunteers should report to the volunteer hub in Theater 1 by 5:30 PM each evening for team huddles.

When you arrive, you'll sign in and grab your nametag. Then you can pick up your volunteer t-shirt (if you didn't collect it at the volunteer training). The volunteer hub is also where you can leave any personal belongings you do not wish to carry with you.

Tribe leaders should pick up and return their tribe's bags in the hub every night so they can be restocked for the next night.

Many of our volunteers have kids who will be attending VBS. This year, you will be able to print your kids’ check-in labels when you print your nametag. You are responsible for your children until 5:45 PM when doors open for large groups.

If your child is attending Preschool VBS and you are volunteering in an elementary role that is finished at a later time, your preschooler will attend the elementary closing large group with a volunteer until you are able to get them.

Our dismissal procedure allows tribe leaders who need to leave to pick up their own children to do so without compromising the safety and security of other children. Parent volunteers must still present their guardian tags to the dismissal security crew before leaving with their children. Thank you so much for helping this process go smoothly!

We kindly ask that you refrain from cell phone usage during VBS unless you are asked to use your phone as part of a rotation or lesson. Thank you!

We know it's hard to get from work to daycare to church and we want to make coming to VBS as easy as possible for you! That's why we'll be serving a simple meal for families from 5:00-6:00PM.

Monday - Sandwiches, Chips, Fresh Fruits & Veggies

Tuesday - Pancakes, Sausages, Scrambled Eggs, & Fruit

Wednesday - Nacho Bar, Fresh Fruits & Veggies  

Thursday - Hot Dogs, Chips, Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, & Fresh Fruit

Kids must remain in the meal area with their parents until check-in opens. Thanks for helping us with that!
