February Movie Night: War Room
Have you ever felt like something in your life is quietly falling apart, your marriage, your family, your peace, even while everything looks fine on the outside?
“War Room” tells the story of Tony and Elizabeth Jordan, a couple who seem to have it all: successful careers, a beautiful home, and a daughter they love. But behind closed doors, their marriage is unraveling. As Tony wrestles with hidden struggles and temptation, Elizabeth grows weary and discouraged, until an unexpected friendship challenges her to stop reacting and start fighting for her family through intentional prayer.
This is one movie night you won’t want to miss. “War Room” isn’t about perfect people or easy answers. It’s about the real struggles that often hide behind polished appearances, the unseen battles we all face, and the power of prayer to bring clarity, healing, and lasting change. Whether you’re in a season of strength or barely holding it together, this story reminds us that victories don’t happen by accident, and that fighting for what matters most is always worth it.
Seats are free, but reservations are required, so be sure to save your spot in advance. We’ll have multiple theaters available, making this a great night to bring friends and family - there’s plenty of room for everyone. Join us for one of two showings on Friday, FEBRUARY 13 at 4:00 PM or 7:00 PM, and enjoy popcorn, candy, and drinks available for a freewill donation. And if you’re a woman age 18+, consider joining us one night early for a special Ladies’ Night showing of the film.
Come for a relaxed evening, a powerful story, and a reminder that faith isn’t abstract; it’s lived, fought for, and shared. We’d love to see you there.

Christmas Eve Services
Candlelight Christmas Eve services will be held at Riverstone at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. Christmas Eve at Riverstone is always one of the most special moments of our year; a quiet, sacred pause in the middle of a busy, noisy season. It’s services filled with worship, candlelight, Scripture, and the simple beauty of remembering why we celebrate in the first place.
Christmas is more than lights and traditions. It’s the story of God stepping into our world to bring hope, peace, and salvation. “For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given” (Isaiah 9:6). On Christmas Eve, we gather to remember that the light of Christ still shines in the darkness, just as it did that holy night in Bethlehem. This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, refocus our hearts, and fix our eyes on Jesus, the greatest gift ever given.
And whether you’re serving or attending, we invite you to make plans now to join us for Christmas Eve at Riverstone. Bring your family, invite a friend, a neighbor, or a coworker. This is often the night when people who wouldn’t normally attend church are most open to experiencing the hope of the gospel. We would love for you to experience the joy, peace, and wonder of Christmas with us as we celebrate Jesus together.
Jingle Jam 2025
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and we’re celebrating BIG at Jingle (Jammie) Jam! This is a Christmas experience designed for the entire family, filled with laughter, music, and a whole lot of Christmas cheer.
This year’s festivities will feature special performances by our very own Riverstone kids and students. Our preschoolers will take the stage first, bringing the cuteness and the Christmas joy. Our elementary kids will lead us in high-energy worship that’s sure to get everyone singing along, and to top it off, our middle and high school students will join the kids as they perform a special re-telling of the Christmas story that will remind us all of the true meaning of this season.
We’re encouraging everyone to wear their best Christmas jammies and come ready for a night of festive fun. The evening begins with a family meal from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, followed by the Jingle Jam experience at 6:00 PM - packed with games, music, and surprises for every age!
After the Jam, stick around for even more Christmas fun! Enjoy sock-skating, crafts, hot cocoa, and our live nativity experience. It’s a night you won’t want to miss, filled with moments to laugh, play, and celebrate together as a family.
So grab your jammies, invite your friends, and join us for Jingle Jam 2025 at Riverstone Church, where Christmas joy and celebration come together in the best way possible!
