Summer Outreach Days are an opportunity for us to step outside the walls of the church and intentionally share the love of Jesus with our community in practical, meaningful ways. Whether through serving, encouraging, praying with others, or simply showing kindness, these afternoons are designed to help us live out our faith together and be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever He sends us.

Every Sunday in June, we’ll begin with a quick lunch at 12:30 PM in the Gathering Place before spending a few minutes receiving encouragement, simple outreach training, prayer, and instructions for the afternoon. From there, we’ll break off into teams and head out into the community. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to serve and love people well.

Teams will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of outreach projects such as community clean-up, visiting local nursing homes, volunteering with local ministry organizations, street ministry, prayer outreach, and more. There will be opportunities for all ages and personalities, whether you prefer serving behind the scenes or engaging directly with people and conversations. By 3:30 PM, all teams will reconvene back at the church for a summer treat along with a time of debriefing, sharing testimonies, and celebrating what God did throughout the afternoon. We believe some of the most encouraging moments happen when we come back together and hear stories of simple acts of faith making an eternal impact.
