Join us for Healing Motions, a women’s empowerment and exercise class designed to help you feel confident, strong, and comfortable in your own skin. This is a fun, safe environment where every body is welcome, and every journey is celebrated.
No matter where you are on your path, it’s never too late to take the next step toward a healthier, stronger you. One of our participants shared, “I was 50 years old before I stepped into a gym or got in a kayak because I felt I didn’t fit the ‘mold.’ But I learned I could take control of my journey, and so can you.”
